The Making of Halcyon Angel

I’m working on my Angel paintings today and as I’m painting this one, I ask, “what should I name this painting?” and I hear, “look at the song playing on Pandora now.” So I look it up and it says “Halcyon Days.” Then I hear, “Google it silly if you don’t know what Halcyon means!” Really? Are they THAT bossy?

With love of course I’m sure! (oh by the way, as I typed LOVE here, I just heard LOVE in the song on Pandora!!!!!!) How’s that for synchronicity? So anyway, I Google “Halcyon” and it means:

– denoting a period of time in the past that was idyllically happy and peaceful. synonyms:happy, golden, idyllic, carefree, blissful, joyful, joyous, contented; flourishing, thriving, prosperous, successful; serene, calm, tranquil, peaceful.

So, Halcyon Angel it is. As soon as it dries, I’ll post it.
